CitySwitch: WWF-Australia: Driving built environment sustainability through tenancy fit-out

When WWF-Australia set about finding a new workspace for their head office in Sydney, key priorities included sustainability merits, value per square metre and aligning to the organisation’s culture.

However, alongside the usual selection criteria of location, office grade and technical requirements, WWF were keen to take on a ‘best practice’ approach to their new lease. This meant weighing up operational expenditure, environmental performance,
brand, as well as the opportunity to provide an innovative and flexible working environment for their staff.
