Today’s communities are increasingly based on the shared interests, objectives and values of people and organisations. To be a respected part of communities’, law firms need to participate in the strengthening of their communities and articulate and demonstrate their values. A law firm’s success relies on establishing and building good relationships with key stakeholders including customers, employees, regulators and suppliers. A clear ethical and social purpose attracts employees, customers, suppliers and other partners who see the value of working with people who share their values.
