The Partnership elects a Board of Partners annually. The Board of Partners consists of the Executive Chairman and 4 Equity Partners. The Board meets formally on a regular basis and the minutes of the meetings are circulated to the wider Partnership. The Executive Chairman is responsible for the general administration of the Firm and, with the assistance of the Executives, carries out the day-to-day management of the Firm. The Executives, comprising the Director of Finance and the Director of Business & Practice Development and People, meet weekly to discuss issues at hand. Separate to both the Board and the Executive Team are the Firm’s Risk Managers - the Director of Finance and the Risk Manager Partner - who, in conjunction with the Executive Chairman, meet biennially to review the status of all risk mitigation efforts; review the exposure assessments for an new risk items; and redefine the Firm’s leading risks.
